Greenlane Eye Clinic, Auckland

Architects Peddle Thorp selected Asona Tile™ perforated MDF ceiling tiles with Hoop Pine veneered finish and acoustic tissue backing mounted onto a concealed grid system for the reception area of the Greenlane Eye Clinic. The tiles add a natural element to the environment whilst controlling the reverberation of this public space. To further control the reverberation within this area, Fabwall™ 50 mm acoustic panels were mounted onto the walls and wrapped in colourfully patterned Materialised fabrics creating colourful focal points for the patients.
