BECA Architects Tauranga

In the refurbishment of the BECA offices in Tauranga, Morgan Holtom of BECA Architects created a striking acoustic feature wall using Asona’s 50 mm thick Fabwall™ panels wrapped in vivid red fabric customised into varying shapes to create depth and texture to an otherwise plain wall whilst absorbing unwanted sound to this open plan meeting area. The over-all effect is almost Aztec in appearance. Asona also supplied Asona Vent™ perforated fibre cement ceiling panels in the reception/ foyer area, painted white the ceiling offsets the dramatic feature wall to perfection.
